Monthly Meeting Schedule

The Virginia Beach Genealogical Society meetings are open to the public and all visitors are welcome. Each meeting features a speaker or group discussion. Our doors open at 6 PM for socializing. Meetings begin promptly at 7 PM. They usually end about 8:45 PM. Our meetings are usually held in the auditorium of the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library Virginia Beach Click here for map & directions We usually meet the second Thursday of every month, with the exception of July and August during the summer when no meetings are held.

To comply with Central Library’s requests, VBGS asks attendees to come early to take care of business 6 to 7 PM and enjoy the informal opportunity of meeting others with similar interests.
